Checklist for submissions

1. Preparing your documents and materials:

• Please put your complete postal address and your phone number and email address in the accompanying letter or email.
  Indicate “Ravensburger” or “Licensing Agency” in the letter.

• Enclose the rules of the game (only English or German!) and a photo of the game set-up. Furthermore, please add possible test reports and information regarding the length of play, the number of players and the recommended age group.

• Mark all major components (box, rules, board etc.) with the working title of the game and the name of the submitter.

• Please make sure you indicate your name and the title of the game in the reference field of the transfer form.

Payments from abroad: Please ensure that all costs for bank charges (including those by the receiver bank) are borne by the submitter so that the full value of the fee is credited to the account of PROJEKT SPIEL (bank charge code: OUR). Bank transfers within the EU incure no charges. In case of submitting a cheque from your national bank, please add EUR 15.00 for bank charges. In case of transferring the fee with Western Union, please add EUR 5.00. The service of Western Union is usually the cheapest and easiest choice from overseas (under “receiver” fill in: Christian Beiersdorf). Please email in that case the MTCN and the indicated name of the sender.

Special tips for parcels:

Please send parcels with complete game materials only after being asked to do so! No additional fee has be paid to PROJEKT SPIEL for this by submitters from Germany. To avoid customs charges, please insert only a customs value of max. US$ 10.00 or EUR 10.00 with the remark “prototype - no commercial value / country of origin ...”. For transport insurance purposes, you may specify another value with your carrier. All charges must be assumed by the sender. Please inform us before sending prototypes that are larger than a normal game box and/or heavier than 5 kg. Such parcels may require additional charges.
