Fees for the evaluation of new game proposals
The following table of charges applies to any individual game proposal you send for evaluation:
EUR 65.00 for any submission within Germany, irrespective of whether sent by email, letter or parcel.
EUR 65.00 for any game prototype sent by email or letter from abroad.
EUR 100.00 for any game prototype sent as a parcel from the rest of Europe outside Germany
(max. 5 kg / 11 lbs).
EUR 150.00 for any game prototype sent as a parcel from outside Europe (max. 5 kg / 11 lbs).

Value Added Tax: The above mentioned charges include the rate of the German VAT (value added tax) of currently 19%. This is required of senders from outside Germany as well.
Receipt: All submitters will receive an acknowledgment of receipt, including a nondisclosure declaration, within a week of arrival of the game proposal and payment.
Parcel: If PROJEKT SPIEL subsequently asks you to submit a playable prototype and you send as a parcel, you will have to pay the difference to the processing charge is due. The price for parcels from abroad is due to the high cost of courier services. Fees for parcels with a higher weight than 5 kg or 11 lbs are available on request.
Please note: Evaluation of a game proposal will be done after the payment of the fee. If no payment is received, there is no right of return of the material submitted. It is important to ensure that all bank charges are borne by the submitter (bank charge option: OUR) for payments from non-EU-countries. From over-seas, the service of Western Union is usually the cheapest choice (receiver: Christian Beiersdorf). Please add in this case EUR 5.00 to the fee and mail the MTCN (transmission number) and the indicated name of the sender.
Our fees cover all costs for the submitter – including the return of the submitted material. If the chosen publisher accepts the game, there are no further costs for the submitter such as an agency fee in the scope of an Agency Agreement. The inventor will receive the full royalty agreed upon between him and the publisher!
